About Smt. Lakshmi Anantanarayan and Vidushi. Subhalakshmi Krishnamoorthy

Smt. Lakshmi Anantanarayan a Sanskrit scholar has studied Vedanta under Dr M.E Rangachar. She served as Sanskrit teacher in MES High school and Vasavi Vidya Niketan and later served as Accounts officer in Accountant General’s office. She has delivered more than 500 discourses on topics like Soundaryalahari, Neeti Shataka, Valmiki Ramayana, Upanishads, Bhagavatgeeta, Musical composers of Karnatak music and other philosophical works. She has released CD’s on Shivanadalahari, Mundakopanishat etc. She has translated 800 slokas of Vasavamba Purana to Kannada.  Many organisations have honoured Smt. Lakshmi.

Vidushi Subhalakshmi Krishnamoorthy an electronic engineer by profession is a senior scientist at ISRO. A vocalist of high repute, Subhalakshmi has presented many concerts in India and abroad. She is B-high grade artist of All India Radio.
